Liked: All the food was really exceptional. Toast for breakfast made from home made bread was how it should be. Dinner outstanding both creative and delicious and served very well. The staff were very courteous and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel location was perfect.
Disliked: Room 6 was in no way luxurious. In my opinion it needs some kind of carpeting as the floor is cold underfoot (even with HofP slippers), and the bathroom would benefit from some kind of long cotton runner in front of the basins. The room needed bigger pictures or a wall hanging behind the bed, more colourful decor would make it more welcoming and luxurious.

Very good

Liked: Lovely location, food good, lovely rooms, very comfortable and with everything you would need. Staff very friendly and accommodating on the whole.
Disliked: There for a wedding but moved around to make way for other guests. One member of staff unfriendly and quite rude.
