The Hollywood Roosevelt

The hotel is great fun, but the room itself sucked. Try to request a newly renovated room upon booking.

Liked: Great staff (shout out to Antoine at Public Bar); good music at pool; nice lobby; late checkout 12:30.
Disliked: Room lighting is terrible; room had a weird smell; awful picture above bed of a junked out rocker type; very expensive room service; thin walls.

Only ok a bit stale

Liked: Hollywood boulevard location if thats where you want to be .
Disliked: Basic . Bad smell on corridors to cabana rooms . Also pool bar very bad stale smell could not sit there . Pool bar coffee awful

Disliked: The aircon was very noisy and kept me up and the room smelt a lot like smoke. But it's still good value for money.

Liked: I really liked the vintage vibe of the hotel. location and vibe is awesome!!. The staff superbly good.
Disliked: The only issue I felt is, that restroom door should have lock, its uncomfortable to use it without door locked.Given the amount of money I paid I expect free basic condiments like chocolates. It felt little bit petty that we need to pay even for basic chocolates ( that is why I avoided)
