Liked: The staff were excellent and the new manager is doing a great job. We’ve been coming to Hermitage for over 15 years and will be returning August bank holiday.

Liked: Excellent location, the room was comfortable and well appointed. The evening meal was very good and great value for money.
Disliked: The kitchen extractor fans were right outside our room so we couldn't have the window open. The bed was very small. Breakfast was average, my eggs royal was over cooked and they missed off the smoked salmon.

Disliked: Quite dated, I wouldn’t say it’s a 4*, more a high 3*. It was not made clear that parking was extra and for the price I would expect that to be included. Same with breakfast.
