Liked: Service was fantastic and the staff were really friendly.
Disliked: We booked a suite for 4 people which meant 1 Queen and 1 sofa bed however they only sent up sheets and 1 extra pillow - I had expected two pillows for two people and a blanket!

Liked: Good location. Most of the staff were gracious and helpful. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Really good breakfast.
Disliked: Mattress was very uncomfortable, and bedding was really poor quality. Sheets were too small to stay tucked! Bernard at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. He had a very combative attitude towards guests.
