Lovely & Peaceful Country Inn

Liked: Beautiful, large room with spacious ensuite bathroom & a jacuzzi bath with shower over. Very peaceful location with lovely views.Didn't want to get out of bed on the Sunday morning as it was sooo comfortable!New owners very helpful & welcoming - there was a bottle of Prosecco each waiting for us in our room on arrival with a little note as it was our Wedding Anniversary, a lovely touch.Lovely cooked breakfast included.Hopefully will visit again soon.
Disliked: Wasn't aware the restaurant isn't open yet for evening meals as new owners only recently taken over - happy to order a takeaway delivery for us however & provide cutlery & plates.

Liked: It is located in a very peacful village with stunning views. Was made very welcome and we were very well looked after. A tasty breakfast was included

Biker friendly pub, great breakfast

Liked: Excellent quality breakfast and plentiful. Cooked fresh to order and to personal preferences. This pub has recently changed management and the current staff are friendly and welcoming. They have recently invested on new boilers so hot water was in abundance. We parked our motorcycles at the rear and just outside our window, so I was happy that they were secure.
Disliked: Unfortuanately the restaurant was not open on our visit but we were able to order a takeway from local chinese and allowed to eat on premises

Liked: Outstanding location - the view from the pub garden is amazing .Cooked breakfast fast was great -;I think some of the best bacon I've ever eaten.The bar was good, brilliant service, and friendly locals..Tranquil.If it's a down side we were told well in advance that there was no evening meal available. So we are elsewhere before we arrived.
