Liked: The room we were given was lovely located right over the sea and easy access

Good clean hotel, but make...

Liked: The initial room given had a shower tray rather than a bath, which was a downer as none of the rooms pictures on the website/promotional pictures for the hotel showed any shower tray in the bathrooms, which makes you assume that all are bath tubs. I was looking forward to a soak the first night when I reached there, so was disappointed. When I informed the staff, they moved me to another room only the next day, but I had to pay the difference in the rates for 1 night. Breakfast was a good spread, but the same for both the days I stayed, no halal options. Some variety/change would have been good. Sadly, the indoor pool was freezing cold (although they said it was heated) and the steam room was out of order, so was the hot tub outside (some pending repairs). Only the sauna room was functional, so it was just a repeat between the cold pool and the hot sauna. This was also disappointing. In short, more than half teh facilities expected was sub par, especially for the high amount spent.Location was as expected and what we chose- landsend, beautiful and sea facing, loved it.
Disliked: Shower tray in the bathroom- as against bathtub as advertised.Indoor pool was cold, although claimed to be heated. When I went in at 1000 hrs, was told- it is 'heating'!!Steam room and hot tub outside- both non functional, so this was disappointing.

Liked: Room was lovely, plenty of space and great views.
Disliked: As it turned out this was the last day of their season - which we were not made aware of on booking.Consequently the bar had no draft beers available and the health suite closed on the day of arrival!Feeling a bit cheated to honest based on the facilities referenced at the time of booking and the cost of the room!And to top it all off - have been charged twice by Booking.com

Amazing

Liked: Amazing views. Rooms spacious clean and with all the necessities. Most staff (reception, gym, spa, cleaners, nar etc) were amazing and very friendly and super helpful. Very happy and will definitely go back again. Thank you everyone!
Disliked: Just 2 of the dinner staff could work on their communication and manners. food options should change a little as its the same every day and chef should be a bit more careful with following orders...

Liked: Great view of the chain ferry and beautiful bay. Splendid sunset in the bar and glorious sunrise at breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
