Liked: Bed a little too small and not enough pillows. Room was a little too warm. Room size and bathroom were ok, a little noise from the carwash could be heard early in morning
Disliked: Receptionist on arrival, young blonde girl on reception did not acknowledge us at the counter, another girl said hello as she came out of office. Blonde girl then decided to ask our details and assist us. However from the office a man kept calling her while she was trying to deal with us/our room allocation etc. Not good Customer Service...Plus was given a room that was the furthest away from reception

Noisy & uncomfortable

Liked: It was a convenient location to our next destination.
Disliked: The hotel corridors looked like they needed an upgrade. The mattress felt very worn & uncomfortable. Thanks to a false fire alarm at 1am. Then a member of staff trying to enter our room by mistake at 2.30am. Plus very noisy boy racer cars & motorbikes nearby during the early hours. We can safely say it was a terrible night & I would never stay there again.

Disliked: Paper thin walls, uncomfortable bed, bugs in room, plug being on other side of room from bed, lights didn't work.

Nice enough, just needs updating.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Clean room. Room had everthing you needed.
Disliked: Fire alarm going at 1am for fifteen minutes was not good. A lift desperately needed for upper floor. Mattresses need replacing can feel yourself rolling to the middle. Pillows too soft and lighter summer covers needed. Still got the winter covers on the beds.
