Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything! I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life from the lady who checked us in - she grunted at us and didn’t crack a smile once. She also requested I pay £6 to park my car in the HOTEL CAR PARK?!? After paying £95 per room, per night, you’d have thought this would be included. We were in a room on the ground floor that smelt damp with a view of the lovely car wash :)

It was ok but won’t...

Liked: Clean room with comfortable bed.
Disliked: The bar was in uninviting/ lacked atmosphere, and the breakfast was poor. One coffee machine broken so a long queue for the remaining machine that was slow. Eggs were cold. Staff did their best but everything had run low by 9.30am

Let them selves down

Liked: It was okay
Disliked: First time I have ever had to complain about the lack of breakfast, a member of staff said it was because the chef had gone home. But while talking to the manager when checking out the chef appeared at the front desk stating it had all been sorted out now . It let the hotel down.

Liked: Great variety for breakfast.Very quiet, calm, relaxing atmosphereVery clean and tidy
Disliked: On arrival receptionists was abrupt - paid £20 extra for early entry. Arrived at 1pm, receptionists told me check in atv3pm. Advised her of our early check in and was told to take a seat and she would get to us - she was demonstrating something on reception computer to another member of staff. 25 minutes later she called us to check in. Surprised bar staff had to get Scottish £20 note approved by manager.
