Brillant stay, but marred slightly...

Liked: Lovely location, clean, plenty of room, good facilities
Disliked: I booked a double bed and got two singles

My stay was very pleasant....

Liked: The farmhouse is really niceAnd the view out of my window was lovely

Just suited my needs perfectly...

Liked: Hosts are very pleasant and friendly And the property is very clean and also very peaceful
Disliked: Nothing

Don't go in winter

Liked: The area and the cleanliness
Disliked: It was freezing cold. The heating wasn't on and it was 5 degrees in the room. Couldn't have a shower. Had to sit under the duvet to keep warm before we went for dinner. The heating came on later but still was unacceptable temp for winter time and. took a long time to get anything like. When you're expecting guests the heating should be on in advance The breakfast was only lukewarm and quite small although the other things available were good, toast cereal orange juice ect. When I mentioned how cold I was I was just told sorry but the heating doesn't come on until 4.30pm.I was just getting over a cold and this totally spoiled or trip.

Liked: Warm and cosy on a cold night. Lots of space, a helpful host and a delicious breakfast.

Superb

Liked: Lovely location, beautiful garden with small lake! Very secluded. Quiet - even in the midst of Storm Bert! Very spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Good shower and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Nothing. Just a note - it might be a little difficult to find for the first time in the dark as it is such a secluded place.
