A life saver

Liked: The butlers, Vicente, Kevin and Solaida were wonderful. I couldn’t have managed without them. I had just had surgery after I fractured my wrist very badly and they cared for me, checked on me and without them I wouldn’t have coped on my own after the operation. Thank you so so much for your kindness and support.

Great Anniversary trip!

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The butler service was very helpful and the shuttle around town was quick and effective. Breakfast every morning was tasty in the lounge.

Very chic, authentic, upscale hotel....

Liked: Breakfast, Happy Hour, rooms were all superb. Staff was great.

I won't stay at any...

Liked: The location was fantastic; walk across the street to the farmer's market and a few blocks to great shopping and restaurants. Hotel service was excellent; staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Personally I prefer a regular coffee pot instead of an expresso maker.

Very nice, comfortable stay

Liked: The location was very good, and they were able to get us connecting rooms which was very nice. The butler also brought us a cot. The dinner at the restaurant was wonderful!
Disliked: The breakfast was a continental breakfast with limited hot options. It would have been nice to have the option of potentially paying for a hot breakfast as well.
