Liked: Location was excellent Room was big and clean
Disliked: The air conditioning was noisy The food was poor The meal on the Friday night wasn’t the best But the inclusive breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever seen

Liked: We loved the room. The location was great, right in the heart of the town . But still quiet and a pleasure to shop.
Disliked: Unfortunately your receptionist was very unpleasant and didn't make us feel welcome , she was sully , defensive and not welcoming. This had an effect on both me and my husband as this was a special treat for us both . Your receptionist sadly has let your business down in so many ways her dress sense was laking in the very important essence of a smart welcoming officiant and most importantly a warm welcome . I feel sad for your company as the room was lovely. The complementary breakfast , was explained in a negative and defensive way ,which left us speechless . I am sad to leave such a review , but compeled to say how we felt on the day .

Disliked: The fact that we cant find parking. Took us an hour and 15 mins to finally get a larking we were so close to leaving because of it

Liked: My parents enjoyed their room very much, it was large and spacious and my mother loved the bathroom and the quality of the furnishings
