Wasn’t as restful as I...

Liked: Near the beach. Cute deck , clean and well equipped
Disliked: Not the fault of the motel I guess I should of did my Google street view homework . There was a train that went by all night hourly and blew off he horn relentlessly. The train at 3 am shook the building. . I can sleep thru anything as I live near a trucking company but trains I guess I met my match

Very good

Liked: The location to the beach was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly
Disliked: The town wasn’t up and going due to off season so there wasn’t a lot to do. I do wish they did do house keeping at least once during our stay instead of just before we came and after we left.

We will be back! We...

Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful quiet location right on the beach, and our room was so clean with a great beachy feel.
Disliked: Our only complaint was that the pool wasn’t heated, which was a very minor inconvenience.

We were very happy staying...

Liked: I liked the proximity to the beach and surroundings of the old orchard beach area. I also enjoyed the room amenities like the mini kitchenette as well as the balconies that allow for a sight of the ocean.
