Not what we had hoped and sadly felt very unwelcome.

Liked: Beautifully decorated rooms. Location was perfect for exploring Stockbridge and river test.
Disliked: Unfriendly staff ( although clocked this wasnt to everyone so not sure why!)BE WARNED there are fire exit lights in the bedrooms that are SO bright the room remains illuminated all night. The rooms were also incredibly hot despite turning off the thermostat. Dont expect a coffee refill at breakfast (or was this just us too?!)

Friendly, extremely comfortable stay. Would 100% return

Liked: Loved the character and the comfy beds. We stayed over Easter and the eggs in the room and fresh baked hot cross buns were a lovely touch. Staff were so friendly and great with our toddler. Nothing was too much trouble.
