Wonderful, we will be back

Liked: The staff were all fantastic, from the manager, bar staff, breakfast team and cleaners, nothing was too much trouble, all queries answered promptly and went over and above to help. The bed was super comfy and the room was styled beautifully, super quirky bar is a lovely place to while away a few hours and the breakfast bar was well stocked and delicious, didn't need anything cooked once I'd filled up on that, lovely coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice straight to the table. Ooh and a huge car park, we will 100% stay again, thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay :)
Disliked: Teeny tiny criticism - light on all night in the communal hall - a draft excluder in the room would be good so we can block out the light from this.

Short midweek break at the...

Liked: We found the Greyhound to be ideal for a short break with its location in Stockbridge and its own Car park.Located on the High street with a few Pubs and some independent shops to visit.The staff were very friendly and although we only had Breakfast the food was excellent.The Bathroom was a good size with a powerful large shower.
Disliked: We originally thought we would be staying in a Pub but the Greyhound is now more of an upmarket Restaurant although it does have a small garden at the rear.Although our room which was room 1 was quite comfortable although it was rather small for the price with no wardrobe and unfortunately being above the Kitchen there was an Air Handling unit outside the window which gave out some background noise between approximately 7.30 am to 10.30 pm.

Liked: Love the pub. The staff were very friendly and service was good.
Disliked: It was very noisy in my bedroom - the walls seemed pretty thin so I could hear conversations in the room next door. and noise from other rooms. My room was at the top of the stairs near a window seat in the corridor - other guests gathered there and talked loudly until late and then again in the morning. I mentioned it to a member of the team n the morning and they said it was unusual.
