LOVED IT!!

Liked: We we right in the center of London and yet it was really quiet but at the same time lively. As the result of the quietness we managed to have two good nights sleep. The location was excellent and so pretty. The staff were super helpful and friendly. This includ the receptionists as well as the morning staff at breakfast.We loved our stay and will definitely come back and recommende The Gresham Hotel!Thank you!
Disliked: Maybe offering some fresh fruit would have been great.

Liked: Service was excellent and the cleanliness was great!! DJ was so helpful on reception. Nadri cleaned our room so well. Sebi and her team in the kitchen provided a good breakfast every morning. Location was excellent!

Liked: Internet did not work consistently in my room. Had to go to ground floor to use receptions internet. Reception staff told me how to do it.
