Good location but some upgrades...

Liked: Good location, 5 minutes from Paddington.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable, beds only had sheets with no duvet.

Terrible!

Liked: . There was a lift.
Disliked: The room would be 14 m2 but it was 7.5 ... I measured it. When one person would dress, the other one must get out - the room was too small. The crane in the small toilet was running all the time. We didn' get a key of our own. The double bed was small. The carpet was not clean. A terrible lodging. I had booked 6 rooms in this hotel for 14 people in April and I am so happy I went to Gresham and checked it up.The food was poor. I suppose they had put extra water in the tomatoe sause.

Liked: Lovely stay with good breakfast - great location for all the tourist attractions in Central London and beyond.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say - we had a lovely stay with friendly staff.
