Great locations tidy room, comfortable...

Liked: Great location and everything was clean (apart from the windows!!)
Disliked: The main problem was that our window looked out onto a brick wall. Which made it unpleasant to be in the room. This would have been fine but we were travelling with our kids and they did need some down time in the room during the day sometimes. But I guess it’s New York and probably we should expect it.

Disliked: One of the worst hotel experiences that I've ever experienced in my life to this point.At the check-out the bald man in the reception accuses me of having smoked in the room, and that they have a "high-tech"-system that has proof of that. COMPLETELY FALSE! They then proceeded to steal my deposition of approx. 300USD.I've tried several times to get i touch with them but they won't budge.Overall, the rooms are not looking like the pictures, staff is rude, very noisy in the rooms and the windows are never cleaned so you'll never see the view clearly.Please, be aware of fake reviews that writes nicely about this place.

Liked: Location is good but there are other hotels in the area
Disliked: The hotel puts a 100$ a day “security” charge on your booking. I used a debit card and 700$ was taken from my account on my first stay. I checked out on 12 July and 17 working days later if has not been returned. There are no tea/coffee makers in the rooms and no cafe either. You want coffee you’ll have to go out for it
