My partner and I met...

Liked: Nice bar and restaurant and excellent staff
Disliked: I ordered my vegetarian after 30 minutes I reminded the original server with red hair and ponytail that I hadn’t received it she said she would look into it but never came back to me and ignored me for another 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes, a couple had ordered two vegetarian breakfasts and they received those before mine . The server with Red hair didn’t come to me so I asked a Spanish lady serving she apologised and within 5 minutes my breakfast arrived. If I hadn’t been to the hotel several times before . I would never go back again . But as I have family in Harlow and I live aboard I like to stay at least once a year because the rest of the staff are really good.

Liked: - friendly Staff.- easy parking.- Fast connection to Stansted Airport.- Quiet location in a side street, with a pub next to the hotel for the evening.- Breakfast restaurants and grocery shops within easy reach. - London can be reached quickly via Harlow Town train station.
Disliked: - WiFi is slow and unreliable.Bathroom requires maintenance:- loose tap- Loose toilet lid- Shower too low for people over 1.80m.- Air extractor broken and very dirty, no window avaible.- Dirt residue on the washbasin.Heat:- Window could only be opened a small gap, hardly any air circulation possible. Air conditioning not available. In summer, a room on the south side turns into an oven, after showering without air extraction into a sauna.

Liked: Great value hotel near the airport making it an ideal stop over when travelling from Manchester
Disliked: I’ve stayed many times this year alone and would be nice for loyalty to be recognised.

Liked: Great room, service and food was lovely for both dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: Lighting in the room needs reviewing as it was too dim.
