Disappointed. I've experienced much better...

Liked: Better service, but from a management perspective. Silly policy in things like the ordering if your breakfast by two people, one piece of sadly toasted (singed) bread... Ask people what they would like. Its bread & two pieces helps towards the 15 minute wait for the insipid dishwater coffee.l & a further 15 minute wait for the breakfast. The "House Water" concept is simply insulting. Charge a higher ticket & include free mineral water in the rooms, not place what appears to be gratis water that you'll unwittingly be charges nearly £20 for.
Disliked: Less stingeyness. Served brown sauce, not ask a customer "how many spoons would you like?" only to have to waist a waiter's time asking for more sauce. It's all a false economy.

Liked: Beautiful in presentation, clean and very calm hotel.
Disliked: That I was charged £20 to park my car for 2 nights. Apparently because I went through booking.com. It was mid week not a busy period at all. Also given a time scale to remove my car on check out day I did not take kindly to.

Disliked: Breakfast service was slow, food burnt and cold. No fruit plate provided for my girlfriend’s birthday which was promised.
