Lovely hotel, perfect location

Liked: Brilliant location, 10-15 min walk to beach and town centre. Very clean, staff very friendly & efficient, room extremely clean. Can’t fault it at all.
Disliked: Nothing

Peaceful -stress free - staff...

Liked: The rooms were clean comfortable and cosy
Disliked: Nothing

But overall it’s a beautiful...

Liked: The staff are very accommodating, great location and the room is big enough for 4.
Disliked: The shower is open and has no privacy it won’t be nice if you have big children in the room

Liked: Delighted with upgrade. Comfortable room in quiet though central location. Onsite free parking. Easy walk to beach, plenty of eateries, cafés and things to do. Top notch restaurant onsite.
Disliked: Noise from room above, can hear people moving about, doors etc. Not a big deal. Shower head needs fixing, but again, we managed OK. Barman incomprehensible, sorry. Needs to talk more slowly and distinctly. But he can make a mean G&T :)

Luckily our room was ready...

Liked: How big and airy our room and bathroom was. We were upgraded as a nice surprise. And the young waitress that served us our breakfast was absolutely lovely, so sweet and attentive.
Disliked: The only thing I would mention ....... I thought the sausage in my Full English Breakfast was tasteless - but that is my opinion only. And I ended up leaving two thirds of it. Sorry.

Exceptional

Liked: Location brilliant. Staff very welcoming and excellent service and response. Had lunch in the restaurant and it was excellent and great menu. Roberto looked after us and is a credit to this hotel. Yummy breakfast great choice of options. Bed to die for and gorgeous bathroom and facilities. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice but book brunch out

Liked: The room was very comfortable and a great location. The evening meal was delicious and the service in the restaurant was excellent. Well worth going for dinner.
Disliked: I stayed because I thought it was rated for food and service. The first day, being one of only two tables in the bar it took 10 minutes before anyone asked if I wanted a drink. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me. A very basic breakfast buffet and minimal vegan options. If you don't like bread or eggs your choices are limited.
