Liked: Perfect location, great rooms and friendly staff
Disliked: Our room was on the top floor and no lifts. The staff did offer us help with our luggage

Liked: Great location and well appointed, cozy rooms. Good value for location in central London.
Disliked: We arrived early and our room wasn't fully ready, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Liked: Room was OK. Trying to think of something positive but not much comes to mind.
Disliked: Staircase to the top floor. No secondary fire exit for the upper floors, Staff were only interested in the bar and at times ignored the residents. Having stayed previously before COVID we are very disappointed with this trip compared to then. The ambiance of the place has changed and the rooms seem something of an after thought rather than something to be cared about.There was a general lack of maintenance about the property with multiple light bulbs not working bathroom equipment missing, doors not closing properly adding to the sense that residents are not valued.

Wonderful pub and B&B with...

Liked: Excellent food and warm, friendly and professional staff; outstanding location. Room and entire property were very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: It’s probably nothing the Grazing Goat can do about it, but rooms at the back of the property are noisy early mornings. Construction, large trucks, workers, etc.
