Good place to stay to...

Liked: The location is excellant, breakfast was good, room was comfortable
Disliked: Room is maybe getting close to needing some attention. When the sun shone through the curtains in the morning you could see the wear and tear on them. However, this did not destract from a nice stay.

Really enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The rooms were good ,very clean.Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice .Staff in cooks restaurant were exceptional.
Disliked: The only thing letting the hotel down is allowing smoking at the entrance as the smell invades the whole front reception and doesn’t look nice

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff across our stay. An excellent breakfast and a very convenient location for our trip to United Auctions, Stirling.

Passable

Liked: Good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: For a four star property it was very tired and needed a spruce up. They did not cater for evening meals and were sent over the car park to what can only be described as a cafe/diner when we expecting to be eating in the hotel
