We had a noise problem from other guests, so they moved our room. They were all very good and understanding, though it appeared that the noisy guests had created problems on other nights and police were called out. So why, when knowing that they had a guest issue we were put in a room by the problem, I'm unsure but we were moved very quickly. Decor was a bit hit and miss in some areas and cleaning was an issue. Breakfast was wonderful. if a little slow, but great choice.

Liked: Staff and breakfast.
Disliked: Decor needing attention.

Enjoyable stay with good facilities

Liked: Staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble and the food was excellent.
Disliked: No bedside cabinets in room and no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Also no instructions in the room for how to work the room heater or the Wi-Fi code. ( the receptionist soon sorted this for us)

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel lots of times .The staff are excellent
Disliked: Didn’t get the room I booked.I dropped an earring behind the desk so my husband moved the desk and I have never seen so much rubbish There was oranges down lots of old paper. Obviously had not been cleaned for months . And under the bed was the same . Breakfast that we ordered on our last morning was not what we ordered either Really disappointed in our stay this time

Nice hotel.

Liked: Decadent, comfortable, good location, nice menu. Great atmosphere in the bar.
Disliked: Room was hot after showering. Some road noise and external light in room.
