Liked: We had a delightful stay the room was small but very quiet. The staff was responsive to our fan request. All-in-all the stay was very satisfactory.
Disliked: There was very little ventilation and the room was small. Coffee supply should accommodate 2 days when it’s replenished every other day.

Disliked: Rooms are small which is pretty standard in Europe.

Superb location, great modern room...

Liked: Quiet air conditioned room. Comfortable bed and good shower. The staff were very helpful in all respects. Great location. Less than a minute to Trafalgar Square, 3 minute walk to Charing Cross Station and same to both Embankment tube station and the Jubilee Bridge (walking bridge over the Thames to all the action on the South Bank).
Disliked: A bit pricey. Would have been nice if there was "bell boy" service to help with luggage from the street to the hotel (and vice versa) although there is a small lift outside as an alternative the steps up to the lobby.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally knowledgable and helpful. They provided useful information about dining options, traveling around the city, and even arranged for our transportation from the hotel to the airport when it was time to depart! The hotel is in a fantastic location for accessing the Underground, and there are plenty of dining options available very close by.
Disliked: The price of the continental breakfast was quite high our liking. It could have included more kid-friendly options.
