Affordable place in the heart...

Liked: Location and price were unmatched, it was right in the center of London and also the most affordable in the area. The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: The room was tiny, we probably would have a problem fitting in if we had large luggage. The hallways felt a bit like a maze. TV casting was hit or miss - we managed to get it to work but there was another TV in the same network which kept disconnecting us.

Hotel is in a fantastic...

Liked: Staff were friendly. Bar was nice and the pizza restaurant next door was gtreat.
Disliked: Room was tired and dusty. Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and the duvet cover was stained. Room should have been ready at 3pm the check in time but wasn’t ready until 6pm due to a maintenance issue.

Liked: Location only
Disliked: Rude reception the tall guy in blue jacket on July 19th 1 pm he was there again. And in heavy rain the street was blocked hotel did not assist is moving luggage to taxi... no umbrella. And the room was smelling like burned room...

Liked: location, location, lovation.
Disliked: The location is perfect and can't be beat. My breakfast experience was not good but management made up for the poor experience and did right by me. I would staty at this venue again.
