Nice place. Great location grand...

Liked: Convenience of location, friendly staff, fan system. Just about cooled the room
Disliked: Over priced as I'd everything in London but that said was the cheapest on the day of booking.Room attention to detail toe/finger nail clipping found left on desk from previous occupant. Put it in bin, carried on with trip. Just took of the shine.

Horrible beds = we wouldn't...

Liked: The location was really good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The beds were awful. In our first room, I was sinking into the mattress and had to put a towel beneath my hips. And if either of us moved at all, it shook the entire bed. We switched to a different room the next day, and again, the bed was too soft. I tested the foot of the bed and found it to be firmer, so we literally rotated the mattress! It was a lot better after that, but again, any movement disturbed the other person. A proper bed is THE most important part of a hotel stay. They should get memory foam beds. Another guest told us they experienced the same issue. We would not stay here again because of this.

Amazing location . Sizeable and...

Liked: I love everything about this hotel, the location, the room was spacious and clean. I liked that there was also a water filter outside to refill for water. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: It’s a bit dated
