nice location but average accommodation.

Liked: the location was good
Disliked: the room was worn around the edges. no universal outlets and weak Wi-Fi. there was a nice buffet in the lobby that we couldn’t use since it isn’t open until 8am. should be more than just basic accommodation for $400 a night.

Very good hotel and lovely...

Liked: The room was a decent size and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I love that you can text fascilitation to get anything sorted, e.g. we needed a baby cot.
Disliked: I asked for a cot to be set-up in advance which wasn't done, so I had to ask them to come and bring one when we arrived. Then on the morning of our departure staff knocked to install a cot which of course was clearly a confusion of dates etc.

Liked: Exceptional, inside was just stunning, huge chandeliers that wowed us!Lovely bar/restaurant/breakfast area, again beautiful interiors.Location was perfect, just a very short walk from Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross tube station is down the road!
Disliked: Our view, we looked out to other rooms...no view whatsoever!We paid just short of £400 for one night, which included breakfast for a twin room. Although the location was great, still slightly high for a overnight stay, although check out wasn't until midday, so that was a positive.
