Fantastic hotel in fantastic location!

Liked: Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the communal lounge with drinks machines was a hit!

Perfect central location

Liked: Great Central London location right next to Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross Station and a short walk to the Strand with dining options aplenty.Ideal place if you’re catching a show in the west end and Chinatown only a short walk.Attractions such as Westminster Abbey and the Big Ben also within easy walking distance.Great staff and neat and tidy rooms.

Was a lovely stay. Will...

Liked: Staff were friendly and very accommodating.The food was delicious.
Disliked: I prefer a cold room to sleep in and although air conditioning was on it wouldn't drop below 18 degrees.
