Liked: We had such a warm welcome from door staff and reception which continued throughout our stay.Delighted on arrival to learn our room was upgraded. We felt it was a special experience to stay in such a beautiful hotel but it also had such a homely feel.
Disliked: Disappointed to be only staying for one night ...would definitely like a return trip to stay here.

Really Lovely Trip

Liked: Very family friendly.
Disliked: There was no kids menu in the bar, given the hotel is a family hotel I was a bit suprised.

Very good

Disliked: I had a terrible dinner at the property where the staff were rude and the food did not taste good. I told them I did not like the steak and they did not take it off the bill.
