Do better.

Liked: I liked Yetta who was the only manager who seemed to know how to run a front desk and provide superior management support. I also like the younger kid with the gorgeous black hair who worked the late overnight shift on Sunday and Monday. He did everything in his power to accommodate us. Both were great. I also like the library. I love books and I am a Comms major so I found the liberty being the only chill spot on the entire property.
Disliked: The property didn’t live up to its hype — perhaps because we came years later. IDK. Just seemed to be a dormitory for teens, 20-30 year olds. We arrived late Friday night. No bar. No music playing. No comfortable lobby to chill in. He bartender was serving 3 white guys but wouldn’t even offer me and myCousin a pre-birthday drink for her 55th bday the following day. Dead.

I really liked it and...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the beach and the Ocean Drive but it wasn't noisy. I also enjoyed the pool parties at Strawberry Moon.
Disliked: It is expensive, but that is not due to the hotel per se but to Miami in general.

Not a good time

Liked: The bedroom was decent and the soap smelled very good
Disliked: Everything else: the equipment around the pool was really dirty, the restaurent was closed even though nothing was stated on the website, the pool area and bar was privatized for an event, the staff was not friendly. A huge sum of money spent for a disappointment. I do not recommend
