I will choose somewhere else...

Liked: The hotel itself is nice. The rooftop was lovely. The room although a little small was suitable. However, I had nowhere to put my suitcase or actually a decent place for my clothes. Especially for the price of the rooms.
Disliked: My flight was cancelled, and I needed to extend my room. It was a frustrating situation which was only further exacerbated by the unprofessionalism of the reception person who was not at all accommodating, in fact completely uninterested and frankly quite rude. Ultimately, she didn't do the extension although my understanding was that it had been done. Completely unacceptable. Luckly, I followed my instinct and re-checked with the afternoon reception person who then made the new reservation. I was already stressed about my cancelled flight, and she certainly added more stress, with her lack of competence, professionalism and enthusiasm to provide customer service support to an expected standard of care. It was definitely disappointing. The person who finally corrected the issue, was more accommodating.

The hotel was great value...

Liked: The location was great for us - walking distance from Hollywood, close to the bus, great parking building across the road for our car.
Disliked: No issues this hotel worked for us.

Disliked: Rooms are very smallNo housekeeping Bar staff were charging different prices depending on who served you. Then changed it when challenged.

Had a really good stay...

Liked: Location is great stylish friendly staff clean cool parties comfy bed
Disliked: No full length mirror for when your going out and my room( 621) the walls shook when the other doors slammed shut which was annoying.

Horrible

Disliked: The room ac would turn off if we left the room so it was always hot and musty when we came back to the room.

Exceptional

Liked: Great rooftop, very clean and modern rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Good location to allow us to explore a mix of walk of fame/hollywood sign, along with Beverly Hills/Rodeo drive and also universal studios.

Decent but not and enjoyable...

Liked: Clean, good location
Disliked: The room was really small. Everyday the reception was completely full of people outside from the hotel and it was so loud, it was hard to get in. On the second night something in our room was “beeping”. We told the reception and someone came to change the battery of the fire alarm, after a long time of waiting. On the next day when we went to the room that sound was there again. We called the reception and we were told that there was no one at the hotel to see it. We slept all night with that beep sound. It was terrible. In addition, the people from the reception and the restaurant were not that nice, just answering what they need to answer and that’s it.

Rude staff

Liked: Beds were comfortable and location was fabulous.
Disliked: Rude and unhelpful staff, no friendliness or support for tourists. Overpriced.
