Liked: Rooms are clean, and the rooftop is amazing!Courtyard rooms are very quiet, unless there is a private rooftop party
Disliked: The "fitness center" is basically 2 threadmills and some kettlebells. It's small and gets crowded in the morning (I was there often at 6am).There were some private rooftop parties with loud music during my stay. The front desk is not well informed about what's going on in the hotel. One night, they said the party would be over by 10pm. When it wasn't, they said it would be 11pm (which wasn't the case either). When I tried to find out whether there would be more parties that week, I kept getting contradictory information.Of course you can't use the rooftop if there is a private party

Liked: The first night we only got two hours of sleep with my children and I had to be up for their father’s memorial services at 445am. I asked the front desk at that time to be moved rooms due noise from party upstairs. Still no response. I paid 818 bucks to not sleep. Very disappointed
Disliked: No accommodation for me and my children

Liked: There was not a big selection for breakfast. The location of hotel was Great.
Disliked: Front Desk staff was not very friendly. I was made to change rooms my second day.The room was handicapped ♿️ which I did not need or request. Had to call the Front desk because the tub faucet was stuck and would not turn on.
