Beautiful location - unpleasant staff...

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
Disliked: After receiving my room key and checking in, cleaning staff was still cleaning out the room. After waiting 5-10 minutes, I was finally able to get into my room. An hour after I'd been in my room, another member of the cleaning crew walked into the room unannounced! Not ideal when your a female traveling alone! The bed was the worst- the middle was elevated and kept rolling to the edges.

Would love to stay again!...

Liked: Property was gorgeous! Staff was amazing! Food, top notch! Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Parking is 100% valet-$35 No Choice.

A night in Detroit

Liked: The view was exceptional for being downtown, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for local food and coffee which was within walking distance from the hotel.
Disliked: That it ended too soon!

Liked: It is newer, in a great location and the staff is professional.
Disliked: The room reeked of cigarette smoke which made us nauseous all night.

Disliked: Many mistakes in the checkout process, left cash with a promise from the staff that a receipt will be sent via email. I didn't hear back since, send emails and tried reaching out to the hotel through the website's support chat. Couldn't get a response.Super expensive restaurant, very bad coffee.
