Staff at the George were...

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Kingsize comfortable bed , quiet, good breakfast.
Disliked: No lift and had to pay to park car

Nice friendly staff great location...

Liked: The room we stayed in was a good size. We had our dog and the hotel is very accommodating for him
Disliked: The room was very hot. We had fan on continuously through the night. Bathroom towel radiator doesn’t need to be on all the time it makes bathroom so hot. Cold tap in bathroom sink is non existent , cleaning teeth with warm water isn’t great.

Was not what we expected.

Liked: Restaurant and bar were very nice
Disliked: Room was poor, arrived with dogs and had a poor quality room.

Liked: The room we had was a club room. Small but clean.Breakfast was decent
Disliked: Overpriced for what it is £115 per night.I would say £75 would be a fair price
