Liked: Didn’t have breakfast and the location was great it was right off the highway
Disliked: I booked and paid extra for a smoking room with a pool view but apparently they don’t exist and the guy at the front desk said he didn’t know why that was on the website after I showed him a pic of my booking so he moved us to a non-smoking room near the door to go outside so we wouldn’t have to walk far but wouldn’t refund the difference between a smoking room and a nonsmoking room which was like $40 and it was cold and raining all night. We came for my neices birthday party and the pool area was so cold we had to sit with our coats on all night and it was too cold to even go swimming because you would’ve froze getting out of the pool to go back to your room after we asked them to turn the heat on it was still freezing to the point the windows were frosted up
