Liked: Warm welcome after a long journey. Room was clean & spacious and most importantly, the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely awful, unclean, loud

Disliked: Don't stay if you want some peace and quiet..First glance in the room it seemed nice, but thats about it. Shower takes about 10 mins to warm up and the pressure is really bad, there was someone else's hair (both head and 'curly') on the towels, dirty and dusty, awful bright spotlight shining straight into the room, and above all that they don't tell you it's right above the noisy bar and restaurant that plays music many hours after the advised 8.30 last orders. You can hear peoples clear convos, chairs scraping and banging, you can't hear yourself think or relax in your room. The lady on reception was lovely and said she'd have a word but nothing changed, music still playing well after it was meant to stop and I had a terrible night sleep into a busy early start which I had booked the hotel specifically to have a good night rest for. Wish I had never bothered and stayed elsewhere

Very welcoming and excellent service

Liked: The staff were fantastic and very friendly. We had a problem with our room which couldn't be fixed that night so they immediately found us another room, which happened to be an upgrade. They were extremely accommodating of our dog unlike some hotels and couldn't have done more for us.
Disliked: Nothing.
