Liked: Exceptional facility, great interior design which makes all rooms feel warm and welcoming. However, the most amazing part was the staff, which definitely exceeds expectations that you have even for a good 5 star hotel. Really extraordinary! Restaurant and bar are amazing, and for as long as the inhouse gym is not fully functional (there are a few machines already available), they offer complimentary subscriptions for fitness classes (soulcycle, barrys, etc.). Definitely one of the best 5 star city hotels we have stayed in.
Disliked: Not really the hotels fault: We booked the smallest room category, which we should have not done considering we had quite a lot of luggage (our fault). Upon giving this feedback during check out they said we should have told them and they would have checked on other rooms / upgrades if available. Again, very good service.
