Liked: The hotel was nice, the rooms extremaly confortable, location was excelente.
Disliked: We had a bad bad experience with the staff.From the beginning nobody told us about how the cleaning rooms works. We pass two days without this service. There was a limited quantity of spaces in the day to clean rooms, so you should wake up early and try your place.We tried many times resolve, but the rececptionist was without education, impatient and rude.When we did the checkout, we tried to leave our luggage to wait until the night to our flight but she said that wasn’t available. There was a lot of space in the room, but she didn’t wanted to receive.The hotel was nice, the rooms extremaly confortable, but just one employe make us decide to never come back here.For the manager, to know the name: the girl who worked at the frontdesk at 04/16/2024 morning.

Disliked: A bit pricey for the location

Really good restaurant

Liked: The Hotel is near subways, location is great and the staff was helpful. They had a discount towards one world observatory, for local restaurants. Also they allow to keep the suitcase with them on the first and last day.
Disliked: I do not think it is a hotel issue but i was on 8th floor and the sounds from the street were still noticeable during night. (Garbage pickups)
