The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and roomy. Hotel staff was nice; the location is great!

Disliked: No closets! And the noisy renovations to the hotel. Only one elevator working.

Beautiful, central gem.

Liked: Very central location and very close to subway and bus stations, there’s a Whole Foods close by and a CVS that opens late in case you get the late night munchies! Staff is very friendly and helpful, true to the boutique nature of the hotel. The bakery was very delicious and the room had all the amenities we needed.
Disliked: Would have loved a more generous breakfast (you get one food and one beverage item per person per day) and if the rooms were a tiny bit bigger.

Other than room, all else...

Disliked: Booking . Com booked me into disability room (I don’t need this). Room was very shabby no place for luggage, no drawers for clothes, no shelves in bathroom for toiletries…..very very disappointed that Evelyn @ 400./nite should have such a room

Disliked: Breakfast nit befor 7:00 h and no alternatives. If you have to leave before seven ask them for a coffee machine on your room. They seam to do in auch cases.

Well located and nice hotel...

Liked: Excellent location. Good beds, Nice decor. Simple but good breakfast included.
Disliked: The room (deluxe double double) that we booked was advertised as 36 m2 but was 15 m2 at best and simply too small to accommodate a family of four with luggage. Apparently all of this type of rooms were the same so they are just improperly advertised.

Nice front desk staff but...

Disliked: Rooms too small and housekeeping extremely noisy early which is disrespectful

Charming hotel in a great...

Liked: Great value. Central location. Breakfast. Tusk Bar.
Disliked: The elevators were slow. The toilet paper was in an odd place in the bathroom.
