Liked: Restaurants was a complete disaster the chop house. Very disappointed l. Need new management and chef
Disliked: Took 1 1/2 for appetizer never got food took it to go 2 hours there after getting own drinks at bar becasue no one was capable of getting the job done. Complete disappointment. Wasted lots of money was not cheap. Food was put in to go boxes after waiting to long to get. And it was horrible. Barely edible. Staff knew these issues apologized that there was a lot going on. Spent a lot of money and got nothing out of it. Food tgrow. Away. Worst experience ever and we sr win hospitality bussiness. Will never return. Tv in room had line thru it and the hot tub was broken. Next time the kimpton.

Exceptional

One of the BEST resorts...

Liked: Where it is situated, the staff, and overall atmosphere.
Disliked: They no longer have 24/7 room service.

Good

Liked: The game room, coffee, fireplace areas.
Disliked: 4th floor room with skylight and not real windows. Outside firepits were not on. Rooms should be updated at this price.

I won't go there again...

Liked: This place has enormous potential and so much that families enjoy. Great pool, outdoor hot tub, classes, activities and lots of hang out spaces. This really matters if you don't get a good ski day and need to hunker down.
Disliked: Its the little things that let them down. For example when we checked in, no one offered us the extensive list of activities they had, I had to find this on the day we left. There was no coffee in the room, the room needed a refresh, and upon arrival from skiing the bar was closed at 4pm ? They seemed overwhelmed with the number of people there on a holiday weekend in ski season, which should have been anticipated. They are so close to excellence, but need to really iron out a few things to command the price they do.

Tired hotel- needs an update.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: - the spa staff were not very engaging and did a quick tour of the spa of which nothing was working- the restaurant was not staffed. Took a long time to get served, food, etc despite there being 3 hosts. Hotel is tired. Needs an update.
