Great location; lovely historic hotel, and overall, friendly and hospitable staff.
Liked: Front desk and valet.
Disliked: Dining experience after the show could have been more welcoming.

Overall love the hotel.
Liked: Location was awesome. Employees was kind.
Disliked: Room was good. Was looking forward to using garden tub jacuzzi but was not working. Shower head needed a little cleaning.

Good location for tourist area
Liked: Location to riverwalk, view from room cleanliness
Disliked: The bedbwas very uncomfortable and the pillow extremely lumpy. Woke up super stiff

A favorite place to stay...
Liked: The breakfast was delicious, and delivered timely.
Disliked: Valet parking is quite expensive.

Room service and Hot water
Liked: Good staff
Disliked: Hot water took a very long time and was not very hot. Ordered room service, order was never completed.Coffee was sub par, cheap machines in the rooms

Would Definitely stay here again...
Liked: Location was perfect for spending time downtown. Parking was easy, walking into the lobby I could smell how clean it was which is very important to me. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was bigger than I was expecting which was really nice, VERY clean! The view over the Alamo was amazing.
Disliked: The only con would be the elevator situation. Only one working elevator for the whole hotel. I felt bad when the staff would try to get on but we were already packed in the elevator so they had to wait for who knows how long till they could get on. This is My ONLY complaint

Check status of everything ,...
Liked: Check in and out was easy , rooms were very nice
Disliked: Restaurant and bar was closed , Could not even get a good cup of coffee , in the morning . It was available behind the desk ,but they acted like it was their personnel coffee ,
