Cozy fairy tale moment in...

Liked: Perfect English countryside holidays. Overall the design and renovation of the castle and the stable were so beautifully done and the food and drinks were amazing as well.
Disliked: The staff that checked us in made a mistake and made our 3 nights stay into 1 night into our key card. After having a rough day, it was not the best experience.

We'll return for sure

Liked: The building and surrounding grounds are absolutely stunning, and the interior décor of the main house is of museum quality. We stayed in the stables during this visit, but will definitely choose the main house next time. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. Even the maintenance team took the time to greet us, which we found to be a particularly professional and welcoming touch.Our room was clean and comfortable and refreshing to see sufficient power sockets for charging our devices.
Disliked: We did notice that one of the forks at dinner had not been properly cleaned, which was a minor disappointment, however when we reported it, it was quickly dealt with.

Disappointing.

Liked: Air con was broken and the room was boiling. Both glasses has lipstick on. Extraction fan didn’t work in bathroom. Bathroom was very dated and patched up.
Disliked: See above.

Lovely stay

Liked: Historic building beautiful grounds
Disliked: In the evening no answer from intercom from the main gates when we were in a taxi trying to get back to the hotel we ended up walking from the main gates back to the house

Nice but spoilt a bit...

Liked: The history
Disliked: Well the use of tv has no instruction on how to use ones own device. I wasted £15 try to download apps to be td when leaving only worked with android phones. I made many calls and the reception staff did not advise this. Moved rooms and no one hamd to advice - recommend clear instructions and refund me £15

Liked: So much character. Huge spacious rooms, beautiful grounds. Restaurant was amazing and staff
Disliked: Drinks pricey but to be expected
