Disliked: 1.Not water hot enough for winter showering 2.I don't understand when I paid already to booking.com staff at reception asked me my bank card..she took my bank card inside room , i couldn't see what she doing with my bank card.

Liked: The WiFi was fast and the only thing that was going for the hotel
Disliked: The fact that you can't eat in the room you paid to rent for the night, is absolutely ridiculous, the room looked quite dirty as I found a cotton bud on the side of the bed, stains on the carpet, stains in the sink, the place absolutely looked like it was from a horror movie.

Disliked: Very strict rules on food in rooms that is not bought from hotel. In the middle if a pandemic when restaurants and pubs are shut this is a stupid rule. Expected to either pay room service or eat my tea in my car
