Superb

Liked: The room was comfortable. Had great air con. Location was good. Good few tube lines all within 10 minutes walk. Oxford street only 10 minutes away. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were all really happy with it.Room serviced every day.
Disliked: Check in times are strict no reception, only pub staff although they couldn't be more helpful. Also stairs no lift.

Was desperate for a cup...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the shower worked. Excellent location for what we needed to do when in London,
Disliked: It was a long climb to the third floor with luggage. The electric plugs in my room were very dodgy. Of three I tried to charge my phone, only the one where the hair dryer was plugged in actually worked. Also, no door on the loo which was ok for me as I was staying on my own, but otherwise would not have been great. Also I boiled the kettle at night, but it wouldn't work the next morning, so couldn't have my morning cup of tea!! Kettle was fed directly into the wall wiring so couldn't try it anywhere else eg the hair dryer functioning socket. Big issue regarding the wiring in that room and no staff in the pub below to help at 8am in morning.

Liked: Location was good, easy access to tubes and transport, food options, staff were very niceAircon and shower were good
Disliked: Room has quite small with 3 adults and cases etc but all we really did was sleepIt was a little noisy when other costumers were moving about above us

Small boutique type lodgings in...

Liked: The room was modern, small but clean and well equipped. Great value for London.The air con was very welcome in the heatwave. 10 mins from tube station but even closer to many buses. Excellent location for Hyde Park. Lovely bar downstairs with a lovely menu for food. Host very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again when in London.
Disliked: Nothing

Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room clean and as expected from photos.
Disliked: Room was on third floor up a steep stair case. Not an issue for us but worth being aware of.
