Liked: Comfortable room, excellent staff and pub
Disliked: Plug sockets didn't work

Good location but poor standard...

Liked: Good location and staff were friendly.
Disliked: Tried to contact the property for a week by email, message and phone call to arrange an earlier check in but no reply or answer. Bed sheets were stained and so was the toilet. Someone from the pub came up the stairs drunk in the middle of night and tried entering my room. They also do not have a luggage room. When I went to get something to eat round the corner my bag was just put into the corner of the pub.

Liked: Location , bar staff helpful and polite.
Disliked: Lack of facilities , no bin in bathroom no replacement of tea(/ milk, no shelves in bathroom No towel rail only one Hook , Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel replaced on second day between 3 people, hairdryer broken, phone had no service to reception, no water in toilet at one stage and needs a repaint terrible marks on wall under wonky tv.

Disliked: The shower wasn't working as it should and needed to be replaced or fixed, which is something very simple that even I could fix without replacing it. The rest wasn't too bad ,We paid a fair price for the room that was

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed. Good location.
Disliked: This is not a big deal for us but there is not lift so you have to carry your luggage. Stairs so narrow if you have heavy and big luggage this hotel might not for you.
