There are only two lifts, both can only accommodate 3 people. They are both very slow and only one was working. Clearly needs to be updated. But, the hotel was an otherwise good experience.
Liked: The room quality was generally good, as was breakfast.
Disliked: The lift and the lack of fridge in the room.

The worst experience
Liked: Localization, silence during night.
Disliked: Poor breakfast, not a slice of fresh vegetables. Dirty coffee machine and toaster with old disgusting dirt. Weird small in the room, dirty shower courtain, mulded shower. It took ages to deliver water or coffee to the event I attended, there were 3 jars of tap water for 50 people, which is not enough. Hot water/tea/coffee were not roppwd up during breaks. The worst experience ever.

Excellent staff but somewhat limited...
Liked: I found the staff to be friendly and excellent in every way. When I went for breakfast in the morning, the server was already aware of my food intolerance issue. Brilliant communication, therefore, between reception and the breakfast room.
Disliked: The Dragon Hotel is really more of a B&B. I was there on a Friday. I'm beyond the age of looking for a loud music bar or nightclub on a Friday night. But when I returned to the hotel at about 10.20pm, I discovered that thhe hotel did not have a bar, where one could relax with a drink for an hour or two before retiring.I was also looking for somewhere to reat on the Friday evening. There was a Brasseries, which seemed to be attached to the hotel, though it may be independent of the hotel. But when I went there to check the menu, I was told it was closed. I don't know if this was just the Friday I was there, or every Friday.Whiile the hotel's central location is easy to get to, and near the railway station, I found that the traffic noise from early in the morning can interrupt sleep if one is a light sleeper.
