The Dragon Hotel

There are only two lifts, both can only accommodate 3 people. They are both very slow and only one was working. Clearly needs to be updated. But, the hotel was an otherwise good experience.

Liked: The room quality was generally good, as was breakfast.
Disliked: The lift and the lack of fridge in the room.

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

Disliked: Filthy rooms (excrement on curtains) , staff ambivalent about the situation and unwilling to discuss refund for the second night stay we cancelled - hotel being used by all kinds of undesirables etc. Embarrassed for the x2 staff members I booked in to this hotel and who had to deal with this situation. If Dragon Hotels management read this please don't try and contact me you had your chance to resolve this situation amicably for 48hrs and never even bothered to reply to me. I'll be placing the same review on Tripadvsor to prevent decent people wasting their money on your hotel.
