The Dolby Hotel Liverpool - Free city centre parking

Stayed here overnight for a concert at the Arena - Rooms small but spotlessly clean - all you need to get your head down. Excellent staff & Great breakfast. View from our room just Fab. Big plus - we got a smoking room - Bliss!!! Sorry non-smokers - But as a pensioner walking down three lots of stairs in minus 10 degrees or more - this was the icing on the cake!!!!Will definately be back. At half the price of the !Arena local hotels! would happily go there again.

Liked: Very good location,view from our bedroom,docks view from the terrance i love it and peace and relax.
Disliked: No lifts,bathroom very very small,breakfast good but not too much to choice.

Liked: Well situated to Albert dock, our hop on hop off bus tour as well as the ferry terminal across the Mersey.Staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean. Very good breakfast buffet which was continually updated.Free parking!
Disliked: Bathroom was compact so we continually stepped into the shower entering the bathroom.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly.I am a disabled person and they went out their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was far enough away from the center to be quiet but not far from all the attractions with a nice sitting area outside on the dockside. Breakfast was really good with a good range of choices for both cooked and Continental breakfast.They even fried eggs to order.The room I had was an accessible room and was very comfortable and more than met my needs. I would highly recommend the hotel and if I am back in Liverpool will try and book again.
Disliked: The only downside is there was no power points next to the bed to plug in my husband's CPAP machine.I had packed an extension lead as we have come across this before so was not a huge problem but did mean a cable running across the floor at night
