Good location, nice place

Liked: It is located in a very approachable place, near the London Bridge underground station (a 7-minute walk). The room was quiet and large, and we got an upgrade at an affordable price. We even got a small present for my birthday, a very kind gesture from the hotel staff. We booked a room without breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and markets nearby. It was a very good choice, we will return here! The hotel is a former jail, and they have preserved some items from the old jail, even pictures of some people condemned here.
Disliked: Everything was excellent!

Great location in a character...

Liked: Great location, room very clean, friendly staff
Disliked: Room temperature didn’t regulate so remained warm, no biscuits provided with tea and coffee in the room, tea bags not replenished for 2nd day

Lovely Hotel and amazing location

Liked: A really reasonably priced room for such an exceptional location. The hotel itself is stunning, the quality of service high and the food delicious. A perfect little weekend getaway after seeing a show at The Bridge Theatre just round the corner.
