Pleasant but a few shortfalls

Disliked: Bathroom no none slip mat provided and toilet seat did not fit correctly poor access to main door if disabled and coach parked

Wales trip

Liked: Everything and everyone was lovely, great food and our room was better than we expected.,so impressed that we have booked a 3 day Christmas stay..
Disliked: Could not find fault with anything.

Liked: Friendly professional staff. Spacious comfortable bedrooms. Clean bathrooms. Excellent food! Lots of Gluten Free options for me.

Disliked: Staying in the coach house it was too far away from the main hotel but I know for next time

There was a school prom...

Liked: Family room was spacious and clean. Receptionist was extremely kind and helpful.The quality of Dinner was excellent although a bit expensive and took a long time to be served.
Disliked: Spa facilities were very poor. Broken lockers, soaking wet floor in changing rooms, nearly slipped badly. Shower and steam room out of order. Pool water was cloudy and didn’t seem chlorinated enough. Very disappointing.
