A good stay in the...

Liked: Very good staff - friendly and wellcoming, especially i would like to thank Robert as well as Radoslava for her lovely message and wishes received on our room upon arrival.
Disliked: a bit noizi when other room doors were closed. Also, a noize from the neighboring rooms - the rooms are not well-soundproof.

Fantastic hotel, great location, comfy...

Liked: The location of this hotel was perfect. All the staff were friendly.A lovely surprise was the bedroom had been decorated for my sisters birthday and there was chocolate treats and Prosecco

Perfect hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Clean, comfortable room in a central location, everywhere we went was under a 20 minute walk away. They went above and beyond for my adult daughter’s birthday, the room was decorated, there was a cake, a bottle of bubbly and a gift.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was fantastic but I waited too long for my gluten free toast, my daughter had finished her breakfast by the time it came.
