Very good

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room.
Disliked: The bar downstairs is a sports bar, so lots of noisy TV screens everywhere, but didn't affect our room.

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, squeaky floorboards and no double glazing to reduce noise from outside ie seagulls
