Beautiful hotel in a stunning...

Liked: A stunning hotel in a perfect location. A shame there isn't a bar but there is a waiter service. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and friendly.
Disliked: There could have been more help on getting a taxi. Other hotels we have been to they have an arrangement with a taxi rank who pick up hotel guests. We tried Uber, but they didn't turn up, only to be told by the hotel they don't work in that area anyway and wouldn't be worth their while! We lost our reservation then. Apart from this we would still return to the hotel.

Disliked: Not good for big suitcases, no elevator

Disliked: The shower wasn't working properly.

A great place albeit expensive...

Liked: The location was great and room was cute.
Disliked: No fridge and noisy kids running around upstairs. Thin walls.

Liked: Perfect location, great character, and lovely garden area. Sunday lunch was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Nothing.

Expensive but worth every penny...

Liked: Location right in middle of Bourton on sea close to all amenities, the cleanliness was spot on service brilliant. Breakfast cooked to order ,lovely good variation .Everything about this hotel was superb
Disliked: Nothing at all couldn't fault anything
