Liked: Excellent location, very comfortable room and set up. Very easy to park
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit pricey and wrapped up at 8:45am which is quite early

Liked: The position was good, the music was upbeat. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The breakfasts did not offer a continental style so were too pricey if you don't want a cooked breakfast. Therefore we had to go elsewhere.

Liked: Lovely hotel, quiet snugs and lounges.
Disliked: Over priced. Food and drink very expensive.

Liked: Fantastic Staff.... Food Excellent... Strèet food in gardens was absolutely great... The hotel dining rooms... bedrooms ... and gardens were kept clean at all times..
Disliked: We had the garden room on arrival kettle didn't work. The TV remote didn't work properly. In the defence of the hotel it was sorted very quickly.The Jacuzzi bath didn't work either. So for the first day a little disappointing.Prosecco on the house for our Anniversary was much appreciated.The room is pretty although tired and needs the walls painting. The walls have been touched up but in a different colour makes it look a whole lot worse. Attention to detail is important for the perfect score.We love the Cotswolds and Bourton-on-the-water is our favourite area.

Liked: A warm welcome to this stunning hotel in a beautiful and peaceful setting, bang in the middle of Bourton on the Water - what could be better. The interior decor and characterful social and dining areas are exquisite.
