Disliked: Complicated lighting system in the room! Took us a while to work everything out, as the room was set to single beds, the pillow kept hitting the light switches, randomly turning lights on in the night. Annoying but we still had a good stay

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL AND...

Disliked: Beware of this thief hotel and the fraudsters working there, otherwise you will be scammed, you won't get a room there and they will steal money from your credit card!!! On New Year's Eve at 8.30 p.m. the receptionist disappears from the reception and does not show up for 40 minutes, they just inform us by e-mail that they have no rooms and suddenly relocate us to another hotel 1 mile away without a word, I'm sorry, no explanation, they simply didn't give us any rooms. and told me to go to another hotel. This is the beginning of the story. For the next 10 days, even though the reservation was paid in advance, they tried to charge our card again and steal £500. They want money from us again, come on, we didn't sleep in this hotel!!!! Additionally, they have been asking the booking company for an invoice for 10 days by calling and e-mailing and unfortunately they do not want to issue it to us! Thieves, liars, lazy people. We will report the case to the prosecutor's office and to the tax office. Our law firm is already operating. Never rent this hotel unless you want to have as much trouble as we did
