Disliked: Breakfast did not meet the high quality standards in every other aspect of the club.

Liked: The hotel is so nice with long history. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Very good location, can be anywhere in DT by walk or city transportation.
Disliked: The hotel is too old. Some facilities are not that good, such as air conditioning, the staff walkers wiling to change the room for us. But we like the room we booked.

Liked: Quality fresh fruits at breafast
Disliked: We were guests in this hotel two weeks before so I know there are more TV channels in other rooms. The room I was staying now did not offer TV channels I have had before and I couldn't watch Championship. Personel did nothing. Breakfast has very limited offer and rooms oriented to main street have poor sound protection so I wasn't able to sleep.

Liked: close to people mover valet parking
Disliked: The desk gave us the wrong room. We were all comfortable and they came and knocked on door saying we had to move that they gave us the wrong room. We had to repack everything and move. When we went to bed that night we noticed the lock did not work on our room either so we put a chair against it. description says sound proof it definitely is not. Bed was uncomfortable. Continental breakfast we went down at 915 very little was there few bagels,coffee,and juice. Hot foods were all gone. Felt like we should have received a discount for all of this they did nothing.
