Liked: The location was amazing — walking distance to many sites downtown. The rooms were great, and the bar had excellent drinks. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Liked: The character of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect (the People Mover stops right outside the hotel). The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We were on a girls trip and really looking forward to soaking in the salt water grotto, but it was closed for maintenance, and that information wasn’t posted anywhere. Nor were we informed until I asked about the grotto.

Disliked: thetransfer station was very loud and ran all day till 11pm

Liked: The history, the decor, the staff, the location, the boutique hotel vibe. The food we had was exceptional.
Disliked: The late check out option seems to be not an option, we were told 50.00 an hour but understanding that might fluctuate depending occupancy seems excessive

Liked: large room, comfortable bed, clean, nicely updated bathroomhotel itself is beautifully appointed and takes you back in time
Disliked: my room was across from a parking garage that had a beeping noise that occurred several times throughout the night
